  1. Where will the conference be held?
    It will be held in Bintulu Parkcity Everly Hotel, Plot No.1, Lot 3062, Jalan Tun Razak, 97000, Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia.

  2. How do I go to Bintulu?
    Only domestic airlines are available to Bintulu. International participants can either using the Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) flight or Air Asia flight to come to Bintulu via Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) from Kuala Lumpur.

  1. Is airport transportation available?
    • Yes. From the Bintulu Airport to the Parkcity Everly Hotel costs about RM30 (USD10) by taxi...

  1. Visa
    • Foreign nationals who wish to attend the conference and need a visa for entry into
      Malaysia are strongly encouraged to start their visa application process as soon as possible. Travel reservations and accommodations should also be made sufficiently in advance.

  1. How can I pay for my conference fees?
    Individual or company payments can be made via:

    • Payment must be received with your registration.
    • Malaysian rates only apply to residents of Malaysia with payment by Cheque.
    • All others must pay in US Dollar by Bank Draft.
    • Online payment by Credit Card (Master Card and Visa only) or Telegraphic Transfer (for foreign delegates) can be made through our website at www.plantedforestsproject.com.

  2. When will the registration close?
    Registration before November 1, 2006 will get good discount price (Early Bird Conference fee price) plus a free field guide book.

  3. Is there a deadline in which I shall pay my conference fee?
    No. But the conference place is limited to 150-200 pax only. So first come, first serve.

  4. Is my seat confirmed once I register?
    Confirmation of seat is upon receipt of payment only.
    • Once your payment has been received & verified, you will received a confirmation email.
